What is actually happening?
I look for evidence, repeated questions, lost steps, assumptions and places where the business is manually compensating for the journey.
Research, copy, interaction design, visual design and practical implementation brought together around one commercial customer journey.
A visual designer focuses on the interface. A copywriter focuses on the words. A developer focuses on the build. A strategist produces the plan.
The customer experiences all of it as one journey.
I created Revenue Cues to take responsibility across those joins. I bring fifteen years of user research, UX design, interaction design and practical web implementation to the commercial problem of helping the right customer move towards a sale.
I look for evidence, repeated questions, lost steps, assumptions and places where the business is manually compensating for the journey.
I structure the message, decisions, screens, actions and supporting operational steps around the customer outcome.
I implement the pages and connect the practical systems, bringing in specialist support when the project genuinely requires it.
My work has included Meta, NatWest, Santander, Nationwide, Sainsbury's Nectar, Sony, Vodafone, Sky, eBay and government services.
That background matters because Revenue Cues is not based on a single website-building method. It combines research, behaviour, content, interface design, implementation and measurement depending on what the problem requires.
Nectar registration completion.
Paying streaming and membership subscribers.
Approximate campaign spend to event revenue.
Clients hire me when they need someone to understand the commercial problem, challenge weak assumptions and take the journey through to implementation.
I will not pretend a button colour can rescue a weak offer, or that automation can manufacture trust. I will tell you what the evidence suggests, what I can responsibly own and what the business still needs to decide.
