Case study, Tara Love Perry

She had the audience, she didn't have the route from attention to payment

Tara is exceptional at what she does, and her events sell out. But the tech stack behind a launch was overwhelming: ClickFunnels, Facebook ads, MailChimp, tracking, creative and daily campaign decisions. I connected and ran the system for her, behind the scenes, so she could stay focused on her work.

What was broken

The demand was real, but the route was missing

Tara wasn't short on talent or audience. She was short on the connected launch system. People found her, liked her, and then the route to buy depended on too many moving parts: funnel pages, Facebook campaigns, MailChimp, tracking, checkout, retargeting and follow-up.

That kind of setup is where a lot of good business owners freeze. One broken connection can ruin the whole launch. The gap between Tara's reputation and her revenue was not demand. It was tech overwhelm, setup work and daily campaign management.

Why it mattered

An audience without a route to buy cools fast

A coach with a loyal audience and no connected system is leaving money on the table every day. Interest cools. People who would have bought never get the clear next step. Every launch starts from scratch instead of building on the last one.

For Tara, the cost wasn't just lost sales. It was the stress of knowing demand was there, while the tools, ads, emails and campaign decisions made the path feel too complicated to run alone.

What I built

I built the path from ad click to paid ticket

I connected the route from a stranger seeing an ad to a paid ticket and a follow-up email. Then I managed it as a campaign, not a one-off build.

That meant setting up ClickFunnels, Facebook ads, MailChimp, tracking, retargeting and lead capture, then doing the creative testing and campaign management too. I tested creative, audiences, placement and messaging, paused the losers, and scaled the winners.

ClickFunnels

Event registration and payment pages connected to the campaign.

Tracking

Facebook Pixel and retargeting, so we knew what was working.

Lead capture

A Hello Bar popup that converted at 7.7%.

Email follow-up

MailChimp follow-up to nurture leads and keep attendees informed.

Ads

Creative, targeting, testing and campaign decisions handled for her.

The result

The setup turned interest into sales

The connected setup turned interest into action. The Hello Bar popup converted at 7.7%, more than double the 3% norm. The London event filled a room of 200 people and generated £6,909 in ticket sales. The Dubai campaign returned roughly 10x on ad spend.

What this proves

You don't need to understand the plumbing, you need it to work

Plenty of business owners already have the hard part: an audience that trusts them. What they're missing is the connected system, and someone who can make the tech, creative and campaign decisions work together.

That's the 30-Day Build. I put the page, offer, payment route, email follow-up and campaign plumbing in place around you, then hand it over working.
